So, I found a book at the library and I am not even finished but ~
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this book--
it is so informative, clearly written for the lay person (like me).
It's called "Who's pulling your strings?"
I also went to PT today, and I got good marks--:)
she was able to tell I had been working with my foot-- she gave me praise -- I am happy!
